1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All original artworks are carefully prepared, inspected, and professionally packaged before shipment.
Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days from the date of confirmed payment.
Art prints are made to order and are usually produced within 3–7 business days before shipment.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
We ship original artworks and art prints throughout the European Union.
Estimated delivery time for original artworks within the EU is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and courier service.
Total estimated timeframe (processing + delivery) may range from approximately 10–20 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics providers, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
If you are located outside the European Union, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss shipping availability and transport arrangements.
International shipments outside the EU may require special handling and individual confirmation before dispatch.
Delivery times, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may vary depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We will provide shipping details and estimated costs upon request before confirming your order.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the artwork.
Original artworks are shipped using secure transport services appropriate for fine art.
Oversized artworks (typically above 20 kg or large-format pieces) may require special transport arrangements and are marked as “Shipping on request.”
For such orders, we may contact the customer to confirm transport options and any additional costs before dispatch.
5. PERSONAL DELIVERY – ZAGREB AREA
Personal delivery may be available within the wider Zagreb area upon prior arrangement.
Customers selecting this option may be contacted to confirm eligibility and delivery details before shipment.
If personal delivery is not feasible based on location, secure art transport will be offered instead.
6. PACKAGING AND RISK OF LOSS
All artworks are carefully packaged using protective materials suitable for fine art transport.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If the packaging appears visibly damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to:

document the condition with photographs,

notify the courier immediately where possible,

and contact us within 48 hours.
7. DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Retain all original packaging materials.
We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement (for prints), or refund in accordance with our Terms of Service.
8. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Currently, this store primarily ships within the EU.
