Return & Refund Policy

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

IrenArtStudio (Luminastart j.d.o.o.) is committed to delivering artworks that correspond to their description, are carefully packaged, and are free from material defects at the time of dispatch.

All artworks are inspected prior to shipment.

Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

2. ORIGINAL ARTWORK – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of original artwork within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery at:
    info@irenart.studio

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The returned artwork must be adequately insured during return transport.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork.

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable where applicable.

3. ART PRINTS (MADE TO ORDER)

Art prints are produced only after purchase and are considered made-to-order products.

Due to their custom production nature, art prints are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage during transit or manufacturing defects.

4. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographic evidence

  • Retain all original packaging materials

We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement (for prints), or refund.

If damage is confirmed as transport-related, we will coordinate further steps with the courier service.

5. MATERIAL DEFECTS

IrenArtStudio is responsible for material defects in accordance with applicable Croatian and EU law.

If a hidden defect is discovered after delivery that could not have been identified during normal inspection, please notify us without undue delay.

Each claim will be assessed individually in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. EXCHANGES

Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces and therefore cannot be exchanged for identical replacements.

If you wish to return an original artwork under your right of withdrawal, a refund will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Prints may only be replaced in cases of confirmed damage or production defects.

7. PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Send a written notice to: info@irenart.studio

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Return the artwork in its original packaging and condition.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
