Return Policy

XXL.Studio undertakes to deliver a product that is technically sound, has a valid expiration date, is packaged in the original packaging, and corresponds to the type and description of the product listed on https://www.xxl.studio/.

The image illustrating the product on the website may not correspond to the actual appearance of the product, especially for products labeled with terms such as "various colors," "various flavors," "various sizes," "various shapes," etc., and the customer cannot complain about such products on that basis. We reserve the right for errors in descriptions, photographs, prices, and item numbers due to the automatic entry of items into the system, as well as automatic order confirmations. In case of a discrepancy, the information provided by our operator is authoritative.

The ordered products are packaged in a way that prevents damage during normal handling.

Upon delivery of the products, please check the delivered items and report any visible damage to the delivery person. If there are visible external damages to the packaging, the customer has the right to refuse to accept the shipment.

If any of the ordered products are missing from the shipment or the wrong product is delivered, please inform us immediately by email at info@xxl.studio. We will promptly deliver the missing or correctly ordered products at our expense.

XXL.Studio is responsible for material defects of the products in accordance with applicable regulations. If, after receiving the product, it is found to have a material defect that could not be detected during the usual inspection upon delivery, please notify us within 1 (one) month from the day the defect was discovered.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of a material defect, you have the right to:

  • rectify the defect,
  • receive another defect-free product,
  • price reduction,
  • terminate the contract after a reasonable period for contract fulfillment has passed.
  • In this case, please submit a written complaint to the email address: info@xxl.studio.

If the customer wants to exchange a correct and unused product that does not suit them (e.g., due to size, etc.), such a product can be returned to the seller within 14 days of receiving the product.

If the product is damaged or have a fault, the shipping costs will also be refunded.

If you want to return or exchange a correct product, please notify us at the email address: info@xxl.studio, so we can arrange the return and exchange of the product or refund. After receiving the correct product in its original packaging, XXL.Studio will send the replacement item of your choice with the first available delivery.

XXL.Studio covers the costs of one return and sending replacement products, and the customer bears the direct costs of any subsequent returns. For any difference in the price of the replacement item, the customer will be charged or credited, depending on the specific situation.

PROCEDURE IN THE CASE OF UNILATERAL CONTRACT TERMINATION

In accordance with Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/2022), you have the right to terminate a distance contract without charge and without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

If you want to unilaterally terminate the contract and return one or more products, please send us a notice of termination to the email address: info@xxl.studio and we will provide you with a confirmation of receiving the notice of unilateral contract termination promptly by email. We will contact you as soon as possible if you choose the option to exchange the goods for other items.

We will refund the money without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we received your statement of unilateral contract termination, after first receiving the returned products. The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment.
